seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in enterprise
grade application development, distributed systems, and modern data streaming platforms. The ideal candidate 
brings strong architectural thinking, hands-on coding capability, and the ability to design scalable, resilient solutions 
in a complex financial ecosystem. 
Key Responsibilities 
* Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and 
Microservices architecture. 
* Build and optimize Kafka-based streaming pipelines for real-time data processing. 
* Design scalable data models and integrate with SQL and NoSQL databases. 
* Work with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytical workloads (good to have). 
* Contribute to Hadoop-based big data processing frameworks. 
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, design patterns, and best practices. 
* Utilize GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery. 
* Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and production support. 
* Work in an Agile environment and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines. 
* Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. 
Required Skills & Experience 
* 15+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development. 
* Strong expertise in: 
o Java / Java Full Stack Development 
o Spring Boot, Microservices 
o Apache Kafka (streaming, producers/consumers, schema registry) 
o SQL & NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) 
* Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and distributed systems. 
* Experience with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark preferred). 
* Strong knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and AI-driven development workflows. 
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment. 
Good to Have 
* Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) – deployment, containerization, managed services. 
* Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing. 
* Exposure to financial services or capital markets. 
Soft Skills 
* Strong communication and stakeholder management. 
* Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers. 
* High accountability and ownership mindset.
