Are you an experienced Benefits & Reward professional looking for an opportunity to shape and influence the reward strategy of a complex, people-focused organisation?

We are looking for a Benefits & Reward Manager to join our UK&I People team, leading the development and delivery of a modern, competitive and data-driven reward proposition. About the role

As Benefits & Reward Manager, you will play a key role in designing, delivering and continuously improving our benefits and reward offering across the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, People Analytics, senior stakeholders and external providers to ensure our programmes support employee engagement, attraction and retention while delivering commercial value to the business.

This role goes beyond annual benefits enrolment. We are looking for someone with experience across both benefits and reward who can confidently manage annual pay and bonus reviews, compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, governance requirements and reward-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use data, insights and analytics to optimise employee experience and programme effectiveness.
  • Oversee digital benefits platforms and support continuous process improvement.
  • Develop engaging communications that help employees understand and maximise their total reward package.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant UK and Ireland legislation and governance requirements.

What we are looking for

You will be an established Benefits & Reward professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

  • Experience across both Benefits and Reward,
  • Strong knowledge of flexible benefits, pensions and reward frameworks.
  • Experience managing annual salary review and bonus cycles.
  • The ability to operate within a complex organisational structure with multiple legal entities and employee populations.
  • Experience managing differing benefit and reward arrangements across worker types and employment groups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems, benefits platforms and people data.
  • A commercial mindset with a passion for improving employee experience.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact within our organisation. You will have the autonomy to shape and develop our reward and benefits offering and help create a compelling employee experience that supports attraction, retention and performance across the business.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy or maternity or age.
