Epic Resolute PB Application Analyst

One of our East Coast clients is seeking an immediate Epic Resolute PB Application Analyst. This is a support role providing Epic PB and Claims support for Community Connect sites.

Start: Immediate

Duration: 3 months

Travel: None, fully remote

Responsibilities:

• Provide Epic PB and Claims support for Community Connect sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues
• Support ongoing PB and Claims needs
• Work with end users and internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Epic Resolute PB certification
• Epic PB Claims certification
• Strong Epic PB and Claims experience
• Community Connect experience preferred
• Ability to jump in quickly and support an immediate backfill need
