The Role

• Independently setting up and adjusting printing machines
• Performing test prints and making corrections to print patterns
• Resolving minor mechanical issues on machinery
• Monitoring the production process
• Documenting activities within the MES system
• Ensuring print and product quality standards are met

What You'll Need

• No prior experience required; career changers are welcome
• Valid work and residency permit
• Availability to work in a 3-shift system
• German language proficiency at B1 level
• Own transportation is essential
• Meticulous and reliable work approach
