We're hiring on behalf of a leading healthcare provider renowned for its specialized medical services and commitment to patient care. The Role

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for staff, addressing all IT-related inquiries and bridging communication with the central IT department.
• Provide efficient user support for hardware and software issues via the ticketing system, ensuring prompt and effective problem resolution.
• Independently administer servers, manage and maintain the network infrastructure, and guarantee the smooth operation of IT services.
• Execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals, including managing moves and rollouts according to established standards.
• Support IT projects and conduct training sessions for staff to enhance system utilization and digital literacy.

What You'll Need

• A completed IT-related apprenticeship (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker, IT-Systemkaufmann) or a comparable degree.
• Previous experience in system administration, specifically with Microsoft Windows Server (2016 and later), terminal server environments, backup solutions, and various network components.
• Proficiency in administering current Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11); knowledge of VMware vSphere and PowerShell is a plus.
• High self-motivation, flexibility, excellent service orientation, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in IT on-call duty, interest in medical technology environments, and good German language skills.
