Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Fire biased Project Manager to join us, based in the London area. This role will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects across Fire Alarm systems ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and subcontractors, overseeing projects from initial handover through to final completion and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, youll be at the forefront of delivering security solutions, from inception to client handover. You'll work closely with install teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring projects run smoothly and to the highest standards.

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Conduct site surveys and design system layouts.
  • Allocate stock & resources to installation teams.
  • Lead client meetings for pre-starts and walk-offs.
  • Oversee in-house & sub-contract labour teams.

Installation & Technical Support

  • Provide onsite support for Fire and Intruder Alarm systems.
  • Carry out additional works & system remedial fixes as needed.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on critical sites.

Quality & Compliance

  • Collate and manage completion paperwork.
  • Perform QA checks & snagging on installations.
  • Maintain stock management & documentation.
What We're looking For Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems for Buildings (BS 5839-1), Level 3 Award
  • EACS Systems
  • Intruder Alarms
  • SMSTS or IOSH accredited.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
