We're looking for a Sr. Application Architect with a background in Systems and Infrastructure.

\n\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Manage and maintain enterprise server infrastructure, ensuring systems remain secure, available, and optimized for business operations.
\n
• Monitor network performance across LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and other connectivity environments while proactively identifying and resolving performance issues.
\n
• Install, configure, test, and deploy infrastructure updates, security patches, hardware replacements, and system enhancements.
\n
• Troubleshoot complex server, network, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues while providing timely technical support to internal users.
\n
• Administer user accounts, permissions, identity management, and security controls while supporting company cybersecurity initiatives and best practices.
\n
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes to ensure critical systems and data remain protected.
\n
• Partner with technology vendors, telecommunications providers, and external support teams to maintain infrastructure services and resolve escalated technical issues.
\n
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, hardware inventories, network diagrams, and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Strong professional experience in enterprise application engineering, systems administration, application infrastructure, or a comparable technical consulting or engineering capacity.
\n
• Hands-on expertise configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments and application hosting platforms such as Microsoft IIS or Apache.
\n
• Practical knowledge of Linux environments, including system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and familiarity with command-line utilities.
\n
• Experience supporting business-critical applications across complex technology environments, with an understanding of how underlying infrastructure services affect application availability and performance.
\n
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, including application hosting, resource configuration, networking, identity, and hybrid environment considerations.
\n
• Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, authentication, routing, and common connectivity or security dependencies.
\n
• Familiarity with application integration technologies, REST APIs, data exchange processes, and automation or scripting using Python, PowerShell, or comparable tools.
\n
• Experience supporting production application deployments, release management, change controls, and established CI/CD workflows.
\n
• Exposure to database technologies and the ability to investigate application issues involving database connectivity, configuration, performance, or data availability.
\n
