The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory.
• Prospect and qualify leads through various outreach methods, including cold calling and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored solutions for facility services.
• Develop proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Manage client interactions and update CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in relevant service industries.
• Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to comply with auto insurance requirements for business use.
