Location: Houston, TX

Role Overview:
Execute laboratory crystallization experiments following established SOPs, operate reactor systems, collect samples, document results, and maintain laboratory safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct crystallization experiments and operate lab equipment/reactors.
• Perform time-sensitive sampling and sample preparation.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and documentation.
• Follow chemical handling and laboratory safety procedures.
• Support lab setup, cleanup, and analytical testing.
• Work closely with senior engineers and troubleshoot basic issues.

Required Skills:

• Crystallization experiment experience.
• Laboratory equipment/reactor operation.
• Strong SOP adherence and documentation skills.
• Laboratory safety and chemical handling knowledge.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
