Job Description
Direct Medics are seeking an Advanced Clinical Specialist Pharmacist to provide expert clinical pharmacy leadership in a hospital setting, ensuring safe, effective and patient-centred medicines optimisation, alongside strong governance and service development.
This is a permanent position starting from December 2026/January 2027 or as soon as possible.
Requirements
GPhC registration
Degree/Master’s in Pharmacy
Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice or equivalent experience
Significant hospital and clinical pharmacy experience
Strong knowledge of medicines management and national pharmaceutical guidelines
Right to live and work in the UK
