As a Stretch && Recovery Specialist, you’ll empower members to move, perform, and recover at their best by delivering individualized stretch, mobility, and recovery sessions in a supportive, results-driven environment. You’ll blend your expertise in fitness and recovery with our club’s resources to help members prevent injury, reduce soreness, improve flexibility, and maximize overall performance.

With over 70+ locations, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career, build lasting client relationships, and make a real impact on member well-being.\n \nWhat You’ll Do:\n\n Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time\n Lead new-member orientations, pre-exercise biometrics, and goal setting\n Deliver safe, personalized training sessions and track client progress\n Build and maintain a client base (minimum 12 client hours/week) and meet booking targets\n Prospect and convert leads during floor hours, events, and Smart Start\n Manage schedule, submit monthly session forecasts, and arrange substitutes as needed\n Complete required training, follow club procedures, and work flexible hours\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n Outstanding verbal and nonverbal communication and listening skills\n Ability to motivate, nurture, and build rapport quickly with members\n Demonstrated selling and prospecting skills\n Highly organized, punctual, and detail oriented\n Friendly, enthusiastic, professional appearance and demeanor\n Quick learner with ability to apply new knowledge and coaching techniques.\n\nPosition Requirements:\n\n High School Diploma or GED\n Certified personal Trainer \n CPR and AED Certified\n Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education\n \n Ability to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds\n\nPreferred Requirements\n\n \n Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field\n \n 1 year of personal training experience\n\nBenefits && Perks\n\n Complimentary club membership + guest privileges\n Discounts on training, spa services, programs, and apparel\n Employee referral bonus\n In-house Certification + Continuing Education \n Full-Time Only: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off\n\nUS FITNESS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER\nKnow Your Rights\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\n\n
