Sales Associate Responsibilities:

* Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of dealership vehicles * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests, and other lead sources * Present pricing options and negotiate pricing * Provide a high level of customer service before and after the sale * Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner * Invest time in continuous product knowledge training
