We are seeking an experienced and outstanding D365 CE Functional Lead for one of our esteemed clients

Role: D365 CE Functional Lead

Location: Remote(Houston, TX)

Duration : Long term

Responsibilities:

Background: Looking for a D365 CE Functional Lead to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. This person will work closely with business stakeholders and key members of the organization to understand requirements, translate business needs into D365 CE solutions, and help drive functional decisions across the project. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to confidently work with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Oil and gas industry experience is highly preferred, particularly for someone who understands the unique customer and field service requirements within the industry.

The primary D365 CE modules for this role will include Field Service, Contact Center, Sales, and Customer Service. This person will help lead functional discussions, gather and document requirements, provide guidance on solution design and configuration, and ensure the D365 CE platform aligns with the organization's business processes. The Functional Lead should be comfortable taking ownership of workstreams, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping guide the overall direction of the D365 CE solution.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience with Field Service, Contact Center, Sales, and Customer Service modules
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective D365 CE solutions
• Oil and gas industry experience is highly preferred
