Rehabilitation Program Lead - Clinical Coordination

The Rehabilitation Coordinator role supports patients at RNSH and Ryde Hospital in timely access to rehabilitation services, inpatient and outpatient care, and coordination of patient flow.

You'll provide leadership, clinical advice, and education to multidisciplinary teams, working with Heads of Department and allied health colleagues to strengthen links with external services across NSLHD. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
