The Role • Drive the go-to-market strategy and lead sales and business development initiatives within the Insurance industry. • Expand growth among existing Provider customers and secure new business opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies focused on increasing market share. • Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Executives to foster high performance and professional growth. • Engage with clients to present compelling value propositions and articulate successful outcomes. • Oversee sales tracking, CRM usage, and performance analysis to ensure consistent progress toward goals. What You'll Need • 15+ years of IT Services/Consulting industry experience, including sales and leadership. • 10+ years of experience in the Life & Annuity and/or Property & Casualty insurance sectors. • 5+ years in Sales Leadership roles, with a proven track record in go-to-market strategy and execution. • Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop sales organizations focused on new business development. • Experience selling Managed Services/Professional Services, with deep domain expertise in the insurance market. • Proven success in building strategic relationships and closing complex, value-add deals.
