Role: Business Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 12 Months

**Local Candidate Requirements:**

Must be a current resident of Ohio

Must have at least one project completed or currently in progress in Ohio

Must have a valid Ohio State ID or Driver s License

**Required Skills & Experience:**

Business Systems Analyst experience

Test Lead & Test Planning knowledge

Data mapping for new system implementations and interfaces

Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments

Strong requirements gathering and ability to identify overlaps and key connections

Ability to assess application requirements and implementation strategies holistically, identifying risks, overlaps, and constraints

Experience gathering requirements and implementing **GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and ITSM tools

Hands-on experience with Onspring and Neurons
