The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, observe their condition, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Administer medically ordered treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured documentation of patient care and manage daily station operations.
• Contribute actively to a supportive and safe interdisciplinary team environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, General Nurse, or Pediatric Nurse.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, prior experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric nursing (though not essential).
