Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team supporting Global Financial Crimes initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise Agile practices and a proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery outcomes across cross-functional teams while meeting enterprise transformation, governance, and change management requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum teams to higher levels of Agile maturity and predictability.


• Facilitate self-organization and continuous improvement within the team.


• Identify and remove impediments to protect flow and delivery commitments.


• Resolve conflicts and issues with balanced, candid feedback and coaching.


• Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables on schedule.


• Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives and adoption of standard enterprise routines.


• Improve end-to-end collaboration and visibility across feature delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated Scrum Master experience leading Agile delivery teams.


• Strong facilitation, communication, and situational awareness skills.


• Proven conflict resolution and coaching capabilities with constructive feedback.


• Problem-solving skills to address impediments, gaps, and delivery risks.


• Knowledge and hands-on exposure to Agile frameworks and Scrum ceremonies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in regulated financial services or financial crimes domains.


• Background with enterprise change management and governance routines.
