PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Project Manager to oversee a specific client location. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience with management and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams

• Manage a client site, from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and oversee internal field teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consistent updates and a high level of service.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise project communication — via email, written reports, and verbal presentations.
• Maintain highly organized records, schedules, and documentation for all assigned projects.
• Conduct regular floor checks to monitor progress and quality.
• Work closely with internal leadership to drive project success and profitability.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times, both onsite and during client interactions.

• 2+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in facility services and Food and beverage, general or related industries.
• Strong experience managing direct reports.
• High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technologically proficient — able to work with project management software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write clean, concise emails and deliver polished presentations.
• Food and Beverage experience
• Ability to speak knowledgeably and clearly about technical topics to clients and team members.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP or other relevant certifications.
• Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) are preferred. The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce, clients, and stakeholders is an asset.                  • Experience working for national service providers or multi-site facility operations.
