The Role

• Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes.
• Manage the billing of inpatient hospital services, including DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation.
• Provide support to decentralized patient management areas within the group, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to the seamless operation of healthcare services for patients.
• Handle diverse administrative tasks within a dynamic healthcare environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, experience with clinic systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP.
• Previous experience in inpatient patient billing is advantageous.
• High willingness to perform and take responsibility, coupled with flexibility and resilience.
• Proactive, structured work approach with the ability to maintain overview in challenging situations.
• Professional and service-oriented interaction with various stakeholders.
