Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Agile delivery and Banking/Financial Services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven experience managing complex programs from planning through successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects/programs within the Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, planning, execution, governance, and program tracking.
- Manage cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, business teams, and technology leadership.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify program challenges and drive them through resolution.
- Provide regular program status updates and executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrate measurable project/program achievements and successful delivery outcomes.
Required Skills
- 5–6+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
- Strong Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, challenges, and escalations.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management experience.
- Ability to clearly discuss key achievements, challenges, and solutions from previous programs.
Preferred: PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or other Agile certifications.
