The incoming leader will champion operational compliance across multiple regional hubs, shaping robust oversight mechanisms, elevating audit readiness, and mentoring a dedicated team of property specialists within an elite technical ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage talent workflows within the asset management group, including hiring, performance evaluation, and operational resource allocation.

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration alongside supply chain networks, program leadership, and logistics units to streamline material workflows.

  • Spearhead internal self-assessment initiatives to evaluate compliance posture, identify operational gaps, and maintain continuous readiness.

  • Establish strategic departmental objectives and deliver specialized educational programs across various organizational levels.

  • Synthesize regulatory guidance and offer expert advisement to internal program units, external entities, and subcontracting partners.

  • Formulate and continuously refine asset control procedures to resolve intricate operational challenges independently.

  • Monitor federal acquisition regulatory updates systematically, translating new policy mandates into actionable internal procedures.

  • Orchestrate external compliance audits, interpret findings, and institute targeted corrective measures to preserve operational integrity.

  • Safeguard database precision to ensure pristine accountability metrics and transparent reporting standards.

  • Administer plant clearance workflows and oversee execution of item identification tracking protocols.

  • Coordinate disposition, storage, and redistribution protocols for high-value government and corporate equipment.

  • Supervise subcontractor asset controls to guarantee secondary partner compliance with governing mandates.

What You Bring
