QSSHire is seeking experienced Cyber Security Project Engineers in McLean, VA, to support technical data exploitation, cybersecurity analysis, and network vulnerability assessments.

In this role, you’ll analyze and integrate technical and financial data from multiple sources to support operational planning and mission-focused projects. You’ll work closely with technical teams, targeting analysts, and mission partners to identify data trends, assess network vulnerabilities, and deliver actionable intelligence through technical reports, briefings, and recommendations. In This Role, You’ll: Perform technical data exploitation and analysis across all-source datasets. Analyze computer systems, networks, and mobile datasets to support mission requirements.

Utilize Sponsor datasets to conduct technical analysis and network vulnerability assessments. Extract, analyze, and integrate network, computer, and mobile data from multiple sources. Evaluate and integrate technical and financial data using Sponsor IT systems. Identify trends and patterns across technical and financial datasets. Develop analytical reports, technical briefings, and project proposals. Leverage financial technologies and platforms to support tailored analytical reporting. Collaborate with targeting analysts and technical teams to develop mission-focused projects.

Support operational planning through technical analysis and data-driven recommendations. Conduct IT security research to identify potential cybersecurity projects. Coordinate with Cyber Security Project Managers to support technical operations and project development. Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and mission partners. You’ll Succeed Here If You Have: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Demonstrated experience with technical data exploitation and all-source data analysis.

Experience analyzing and exploiting computer systems, networks, and mobile datasets. Experience utilizing Sponsor datasets to develop technical analysis. Experience conducting network vulnerability assessments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and mission stakeholders.

Desired Skills: Experience with cryptocurrency technologies and financial transaction processes. Experience using Python, Perl, or database tools for scripting and data analysis. Experience working with internal and external financial offices. Experience supporting technical operations development and cybersecurity projects. Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations. Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification. Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI) certification from Blockchain Intelligence Group.
