Hiring: Semarchy xDM Architect – BFSI

Location: Remote
Engagement: C2C/W2

Visa: Except OPT, EAD

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Semarchy xDM Architect with strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise and experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Semarchy xDM / MDM solutions.

  • Manage golden records, matching, merging, and survivorship.

  • Build data models for Customer, Party, Account, and Product domains.

  • Integrate banking systems using APIs, ETL/ELT, and data pipelines.

  • Implement data quality, data governance, and data stewardship.

  • Support data migration, testing, deployment, and production releases.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM.

  • Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, data modeling, and SQL.

  • Experience in the BFSI domain, including KYC, AML, banking, lending, cards, or payments.

  • Knowledge of data integration, data quality, and governance.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Semarchy xDM certification and cloud platform experience.
