The Role

• Provide comprehensive care and support for adolescent patients on the youth ward within a shift system.
• Monitor patient progress, observe their condition, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Administer medically prescribed treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and manage daily ward operations.
• Actively participate in an interdisciplinary team to foster a supportive and secure environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, general nurse, or pediatric nurse.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, prior experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric care (though not mandatory).
