What You'll Need • Qualification as a nursing professional with additional qualification as a Praxisanleiter (nursing educator). • Preferably, professional experience in your trained nursing field. • Knowledge of the generalist nursing training curriculum. • Confidence and assertiveness. • Ability to clearly explain complex processes. • Strong alignment with the company's values. • Enjoyment of open team communication. • Valid driver's license (Class B).
