The Role

• Accompany and guide apprentices in nursing practice.
• Support nursing staff through coaching sessions.
• Onboard new employees according to the company's established concept.
• Motivate students to undertake internships.
• Perform professional basic and advanced nursing care.
• Plan, execute, document, and evaluate individual patient care needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a nursing professional with additional qualification as a Praxisanleiter (nursing educator).
• Preferably, professional experience in your trained nursing field.
• Knowledge of the generalist nursing training curriculum.
• Confidence and assertiveness.
• Ability to clearly explain complex processes.
• Strong alignment with the company's values.
• Enjoyment of open team communication.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
