Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Retail and Marketing Representative to grow brand presence and drive sell-through of premium windows, doors, and skylights across key retail and showroom partners. In this field-based role, you will execute merchandising, promotions, and product training while acting as the primary Marvin ambassador in your territory. You'll build strong relationships with retail associates, contractors, and design professionals; support events and product demonstrations; gather market insights; and ensure stores reflect Marvin's people-first, craftsmanship-driven brand. This role offers hands-on learning, career growth, and the opportunity to shape how customers experience Marvin products.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Marvin's brand and product portfolio to retail partners and showroom staff.
  • Execute in-store merchandising, displays, and promotional materials to drive product visibility.
  • Train retail associates on Marvin windows, doors, and skylights, including key features and benefits.
  • Collect market and customer feedback to share with marketing and product teams.
  • Support regional marketing campaigns, events, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and retail performance, providing regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support sell-through and meet territory goals.
  • Ensure brand standards, pricing, and product information are accurate across retail locations.
  • Assist in planning and executing local trade shows, open houses, and community events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail decision-makers, installers, and design professionals.
