The Role • Ensure continuous improvement of processes to increase plant availability and productivity. • Manage and execute projects within the maintenance department. • Oversee, maintain, repair, and monitor all operational technical equipment, machinery, and systems. • Conduct regular inspections and perform troubleshooting and fault rectification. • Participate in the conversion and expansion of production facilities. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or a comparable technical qualification. • Previous experience in production environments. • Familiarity with process technology and PLC technology. • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word. • Quick learner with strong teamwork, reliability, and a high level of commitment.
