Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *

• Strong hands-on experience in HEDIS and Healthcare Quality processes(mush have).
• Experience with HL7FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards(CCD, ADT, SIU)
• Proficiency in SQL and Databricks for data analysis and validation
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, data mapping, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide data driven insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

• Knowledge of healthcare terminologies(ICD10, CPT, LOINC)
• Experience in Agile environments using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Exposure to managed care functions(Prior Authorization, Utilization Management, Care Management, etc)
• Experience in mentoring junior team members
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organization levels.
