Senior BA: Transformation & Strategy Lead

Australian Retirement Trust is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to identify opportunities, analyse needs, and design practical solutions that deliver measurable value. You'll partner with Product and Services and broader teams to lead analysis from discovery through implementation and embedment.

You will shape initiatives aimed at improving processes, technology use, customer experiences, and business outcomes, while coaching peers and developing the BA capability.
