Title:Senior Project Manager
Location:: Harrisburg, PA(REMOTE)-Only locals-Inperson Interview
Experience:14+yrs

RFP Development & Preparation (3+ years)
SLA Experience
PMP Certification
 

Core Project Management

  • 10+ years of Project Management (end-to-end delivery, SDLC exposure)
  • Project Planning, Scheduling & Execution
  • Stakeholder Management & Governance
  • Risk, Issue & Change Management

RFP & Procurement Expertise

  • RFP Development & Documentation (3+ years)
  • Vendor Evaluation & Selection Process
  • Contract Negotiation Support
  • Knowledge of Government Procurement Policies

SLA & Contract Management

  • Drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) (5+ years)
  • Defining KPIs, SLAs, and Performance Metrics
  • Experience with Turnkey / POS / Licensing Systems (preferred)
 

Technical & Documentation

  • Technical Writing (preferred)
  • Documentation: BRD, FRD, RFP, SOW
  • Security & Compliance Documentation

Nice-to-Have

  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with Government / Public Sector projects
  • Exposure to Licensing Systems / Transaction-based platforms
  • Knowledge of Data Security & Industry Standards
