Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to support our manufacturing teams in Warroad, MN. In this people-first, family-owned environment, you'll handle HR operations including onboarding, HRIS data, benefits administration, and recruiting coordination. You'll partner closely with leaders and HR Business Partners to support employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys hands-on work, process improvement, and helping employees build long-term careers in a safe, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR processes for Marvin's manufacturing teams including onboarding, terminations, and employee changes
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy, personnel files, and reporting for plant and corporate staff
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, interviews, background checks, and pre-employment onboarding
  • Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and leave of absence paperwork in partnership with HR team
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
  • Assist with employee relations case tracking, documentation, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate HR programs such as performance reviews, training sessions, and safety or compliance initiatives
  • Prepare HR metrics and dashboards to support workforce planning and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with federal and MN state employment laws and company policies
  • Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners on engagement, recognition, and culture-building activities
