Junior HR Advisor

Junior HR Advisor sought to join an award-winning, £multimillion turnover food plant based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Hours of work:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8am-4.30pm

Wednesday, Thursday: 12pm-8pm

Your Role as Junior HR Advisor:

• Providing first-line HR support
• Training coordination and support
• Working closely with factory teams on recruitment
• Managing probationary periods for the factory teams

Your Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in an HR role
• HR experience within a manufacturing environment would be highly beneficial
• Formal HR qualification is desirable
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
• The ability to build positive working relationships and influence others effectively
• Strong written and spoken English
• A proactive, supportive and professional approach, with a genuine interest in helping colleagues have a positive work experience
