We're looking for a DevOps Production Reliability Engineer with strong Python, Linux, and networking skills to support and scale mission-critical systems in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You'll Do:

• Own and maintain highly available production systems
• Troubleshoot complex application, system, and network issues
• Improve observability, automation, and reliability across platforms
• Collaborate with developers, network engineers, and traders

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Linux/Network Engineering roles
• 3+ years of experience with Python and shell scripting
• Strong Linux internals knowledge: kernel, scheduling, performance tuning
• Networking fundamentals: routing, multicast, LLDP, VLAN, Ethernet
• Detail-oriented mindset with a bias for action
• Comfortable with on-call rotations and shared operational support
• Bonus: Experience in trading or finance environments, familiarity with C++
