We’re seeking a highly experienced technical-functional lead to support the Oracle Incentive Compensation module within our client’s HR Technology team. This role requires deep expertise in Incentive Compensation delivered capabilities, configuration, plan design, troubleshooting, and integration with Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex ICM and HCM concepts into clear business language, provide product demonstrations for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior executives, estimate level of effort for new plans and enhancements, and partner with stakeholders to iterate on existing plans while enabling new capabilities that move our technology roadmap forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert for Oracle Incentive Compensation, with expert knowledge of delivered capabilities, configuration options, and integration points with Oracle HCM.
  • Clearly explain ICM delivered capabilities and provide product demonstrations tailored to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior executives.
  • Provide clear level-of-effort estimates for new incentive compensation plans, including configuration, testing, integration, stakeholder validation, and deployment considerations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to iterate on existing incentive plans, identify improvement opportunities, and enable new capabilities that advance technology solutions and business outcomes.
  • Drive the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the Incentive Compensation Oracle module within the HR Technology framework.
  • Ensure alignment of HCM elements, including Core HR, payroll, benefits, employee data, job attributes, and shared data points used by ICM.
  • Develop and execute testing to validate ICM functionality, HCM integration, data integrity, and end-to-end plan processing.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across both ICM and HCM, provide root-cause analysis, and recommend scalable solutions or system enhancements.
  • Share project updates, release notes, risks, decisions, and recommendations relevant to ICM with implementation teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, operating models, and knowledge-transfer resources to support adoption, compliance, and post-go-live sustainability.
  • Lead refinement of the Oracle Fusion RACI matrix and validate role assignments to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and operational readiness across teams.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, drive consensus on ownership structures, and communicate technical and functional concepts with clarity.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills within an Oracle HCM environment
