The Role • Drive store and personal sales goals by meeting and exceeding performance standards. • Train and develop associates, providing feedback, coaching, and enforcing company policies. • Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of store management. • Oversee loss prevention practices and ensure compliance with company policies. • Deliver a fun, full-service customer experience and effectively resolve customer issues. • Assist with opening and closing duties, bank deposits, and completing assigned tasks promptly.
