Electrical Fitter / Technician for Machine and Plant Operation | Lengerich, Germany | On-site We are seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter / Technician to join a leading European provider of flexible industrial and consumer packaging, as well as technical films. The Role • Operate technically similar production lines and ensure operational targets are met. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production or setup processes. • Ensure high-quality standards by conducting checks against checklists and implementing corrective actions. • Document material, quantity, and time bookings in SAP. • Support maintenance staff with repair and upkeep tasks. • Perform machine maintenance according to specifications. What You'll Need • Successfully completed training as a packaging technologist, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or equivalent qualification. • Relevant professional experience is desirable. • Proficient in quality and hygiene standards. • SAP knowledge is an advantage. • Strong communication skills in German. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift, potentially 4-shift, operation.
