The Role

• Provide direct care to residents, enriching their lives and contributing to a supportive environment.
• Perform classic elder care duties, including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Foster trusted relationships with residents' families, medical professionals, and colleagues.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant caregivers, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an State-Certified Nurse (or equivalent qualification in geriatric or general healthcare nursing).
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to interpersonal interactions.

• Fluency in German is essential for effective communication.
