Job Description

Role Summary
This position involves leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The candidate will serve as an architecture expert and lead developer, focusing on creating scalable, user-friendly solutions that streamline business processes and support digital transformation initiatives. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable Power Platform solutions that adhere to security and governance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Power Apps (Canvas) solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Build and optimize complex Power Automate cloud flows, integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Create reusable components to improve application performance and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Incorporate role-based security, compliance standards, and governance into all Power Platform applications.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions and workflows.
  • Document technical solutions, conduct user training, and support organizational adoption.
  • Stay updated on Power Platform enhancements, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Participate actively in design reviews, technical code reviews, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure solutions meet organizational security and data governance policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing advanced Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate flows in enterprise settings.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 integrations.
  • Ability to design complex workflows, including error handling and logging.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web service integrations.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for building intuitive interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform security models, permissions, and data governance.
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
  • Available to work remotely and within flexible schedules.

Publishing Pay Range: $75.00 - $80.00 Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
