Location: London Office (100% office-based)
Salary: £45-55k
Job Type: Full-time (potential for 80% FTE), permanent

With ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months, we’re expanding our finance team with the addition of an experienced Management Accountant, who likes to get stuck into the detail and looking to make this role their own.

Key Responsibilities

The Management Accountant will be responsible for producing accurate financial information and performance analysis to support business objectives. The role requires strong technical and communication skills to deliver insight and help the finance team to continue running smoothly.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• UK & EU VAT returns and reporting
• Variance analysis
• Business partnering with Business Owners
• Process improvement initiatives
• Support ERP management and improvement
• Provide support for budgets, forecasting and cashflow

About You

• Ideally qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• In depth experience of the month-end process in all areas
• Budgeting, forecasting, and multi-site experience a plus.
• Understanding of owner-manager/entrepreneurial working environments
• Can do attitude and approach with the ability to operate in a hands-on role whilst juggling multiple priorities.
• Experience of ERP systems such as NetSuite, Business Central, or similar platforms and how the double entries work, (we use fulfil.io)
• A thorough, methodical approach with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
