The Role

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the employer's values of appreciation, reliability, empathy, honesty, and trust.
• Proactively engage with existing and new clients to secure project opportunities within the contracting (service contract) domain.
• Develop tailored technical and personal requirement profiles in close collaboration with clients.
• Design and independently execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract suitable candidates for client projects.
• Present qualified candidates to clients after a rigorous selection process.
• Provide ongoing support to both project partners and clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct occasional on-site visits to client and project partner locations to gain industry insights and witness project impact.

What You'll Need

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., HR services clerk, industrial clerk) or a degree (e.g., Business Administration).
• Previous experience in sales or recruiting is beneficial, but motivated career starters are also encouraged to apply.
• A strong service orientation coupled with an independent and structured work approach.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German.
