AI Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Google ADK, and multi-agent orchestration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing end-to-end agentic AI solutions, including agent observability, evaluation, memory, feedback loops, and conversational AI. Experience with Google AI Studio, Rubrik, middleware, microservices, and banking domains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions using Google ADK and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. Build end-to-end agentic AI implementations, including agent backends, memory, feedback loops, and observability. Implement agent observability solutions to monitor agent behavior, trajectories, performance, and outcomes. Design and implement Agent Evaluation frameworks using custom metrics for agent trajectories and detailed rubric-based answer evaluations.

Develop conversational AI solutions using code-first frameworks such as Google ADK, Amazon Lex, or Google CCAI. Build and integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, middleware, APIs, and microservices. Develop scalable backend services to support agentic AI workflows and intelligent applications. Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems and data sources. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions. Troubleshoot and optimize agent performance, reliability, and response quality.

Apply best practices for responsible, secure, and observable AI solution development. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration. Experience developing agentic AI solutions using Google ADK . Experience implementing end-to-end multi-agent solutions, including backend services, memory, feedback loops, and observability. Experience implementing Agent Evaluation using custom metrics for agent trajectories. Experience developing detailed rubric-based evaluations for AI-generated responses.

Experience with conversational AI development using code-first frameworks such as Google ADK, Amazon Lex, or Google CCAI. Experience with middleware and microservices architectures. Strong understanding of AI agent architecture, orchestration, evaluation, and observability. Experience working with enterprise APIs and backend integrations. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google AI Studio . Experience with Rubrik . Experience in Consumer Banking, particularly Retail Banking, Card Lending, or Card Services. Exposure to Wealth and Asset Management within the Banking domain. Experience integrating conversational AI with enterprise applications. Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and modern microservices architectures.
