The Role

• Support in accompanying internal and external audits.

• Collaborate closely with the facility management and the Total Quality Management team.
• Contribute to ensuring high standards of nursing care in compliance with legal requirements.
• Participate in shaping and improving nursing and care processes.
• Apply current nursing best practices and scientific findings in daily work.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or general healthcare and nursing.
• Recognized further training qualification as a Head of Nursing.
• Empathy and strong leadership skills.
• Confident demeanor with excellent communication abilities.
