Role Overview -
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships for the company's full suite of marketing and digital transformation services. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business objectives, and proposing integrated marketing solutions across digital marketing, branding, creative strategy, content, technology, influencer marketing, and performance marketing. This is a client-facing role that requires strong business acumen, relationship-building capability, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for the company's marketing and digital services.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business objectives and propose suitable marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial estimates in collaboration with internal teams.
• Participate in client presentations and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
• Support negotiations and assist in closing deals with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project initiation.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and track business development performance through CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or agency environment preferred Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions.
• Good communication, presentation, and pitching abilities.
• Ability to confidently interact with clients and stakeholders.
