The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic region.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive all sales activities in the region and specified metropolitan areas.
• Recruit, train, coach and manage direct reports to achieve sales objectives.
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing regional sales insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze regional sales performance against objectives, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

What You'll Need

• A proven track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills.
• A history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency with various spreadsheet and presentation programs.
