We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business change, process improvement, and technology transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.

• Produce BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with development and testing teams throughout delivery.

• Support UAT, defect management, and business sign-off.

• Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation.

Essential Experience:

• Proven Business Analyst experience within complex change or technology programmes.

• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Must be eligible for BPSS clearance.

Desirable: Banking or financial services experience, regulatory change, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Azure DevOps.
