Quick overview
Job description
About the Role
Join a team building software infrastructure that helps organizations improve the reliability of AI agents in production. You will work across product and platform engineering, with a backend emphasis and ownership from customer problem discovery through delivery.
What You'll Do
Build product experiences for agent investigations, evaluation workflows, trajectory debugging, verification, and replay.
Work with customers to understand where their agents fail, define solutions, and iterate on shipped product.
Develop APIs, data models, internal systems, and user-facing features across the full stack.
Build systems that run large-scale investigations across production traces.
Design platform capabilities such as workspaces, permissions, billing, usage, SDKs, and terminal-first developer workflows.
Partner with teams building production AI agents and turn observed issues into product decisions.
What We're Looking For
Five to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, with a backend-leaning profile and meaningful ownership across frontend and backend systems.
Experience shipping polished product surfaces with React or Next.js, and building backend services with TypeScript, Python, or Node.js.
Strong API design, data modeling, and production debugging skills; familiarity with PostgreSQL is useful.
Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM-powered products, or agentic systems, including relevant tooling such as evaluation or debugging tools.
Ability to work directly with customers, influence product decisions, and deliver clean, consistent code in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent academic preparation.
