Director of Sales & Marketing
65,000-$70,000 Base Salary + Monthly Commission Structure
Are you a high-energy sales professional who loves building relationships and helping people make one of the most important decisions of their lives? Vista Veranda is looking for an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth while creating an exceptional experience for prospective residents and their families.
You'll be out in the community networking, building referral relationships, hosting events, giving tours, and helping families find the perfect place to call home. Monthly commission structure based on sales performance

• As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead all sales and occupancy initiatives for our community by:
• Driving occupancy through strategic sales and relationship-building
• Developing and executing an annual sales and marketing plan
• Building strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior organizations, and community partners
• Conducting tours that create an exceptional first impression and convert prospects into residents
• Planning and hosting community events, educational programs, and networking opportunities
• Creating marketing materials, newsletters, advertising campaigns, and social media content
• Representing Vista Veranda at community events, networking groups, and outreach opportunities
• Monitoring occupancy trends and developing strategies to achieve census goals
• Managing the department budget and marketing initiatives
• Helping strengthen Vista Veranda's reputation as a premier senior living community in the area

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Three or more years of successful sales or marketing experience
• Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or relationship-based sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong networking and community outreach abilities
• Love meeting new people and building relationships
