Head of Sales (f/m/d)

As part of our team, you will have the chance to grow into a Travel Sales Manager role, visiting our multiple locations across the US with all travel expenses covered. As a Sales Manager, you will lead the in-spa sales team to consistently achieve daily sales goals.

Drive sales of premium spa treatments and packages, focusing on upselling and cross-selling post-treatment
Align and support your sales team to achieve daily sales quotas
Utilize the CRM system to track scheduled clients and maintain accurate records
Optionally travel to support other spa locations, with all travel expenses covered
You will collaborate with estheticians, nurses, and other sales team members to create seamless client experiences and maximize revenue potential.

Prior sales experience, from entry-level to experienced professionals (even 2 months of relevant experience qualifies)
Willingness to grow into a Travel Sales Manager role and travel across US locations
3,000 monthly base pay + commission (structure discussed during interview)
