ERP Analyst

8+ years of ERP applications experience, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead capacity.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic (and Epicor ERP 10) in a multi-company, multi-site environment, including configuration, BPM development, BAQ development, and both SaaS and on-premises administration.

Experience with EDI operations including trading partner setup, transaction monitoring, error resolution, and cross-functional coordination with business and IT stakeholders.

Experience managing geographically distributed teams, including offshore technical resources, with a track record of effective cross-timezone collaboration.

Strong working knowledge of SDLC practices and the ability to implement and enforce them across a mixed functional and technical team.

Proven ability to manage a helpdesk function including queue ownership, SLA management, and continuous improvement of resolution processes.

Experience leading ERP projects end-to-end, including requirements definition, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and change management.

Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion on confidential or pre-announcement initiatives.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and represent IT credibly at the senior leadership level.

Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments, with strong working knowledge of relevant ERP modules including Financials, Supply Chain, Inventory, Production Management, Shipping, and Order Management.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or Business Central, particularly in a support or migration capacity alongside a primary ERP platform.

Experience participating in or managing an ERP platform migration or consolidation, including data migration, cutover planning, and user transition support.

Experience with REST API integrations, including consumption and light development of integrations between ERP and third-party platforms (e.g. AP automation, banking integrations).

Familiarity with Power BI or comparable reporting platforms in the context of ERP data delivery.

Experience with ITIL or comparable service management frameworks.

PMP or equivalent project management credential.
